We work 35 hours per week (and not 40 hours).
We have a different work culture in the age of AI. We strive for efficiency using AI and do work that matters. We do not waste time. We get the job done. We hire more people when needed to keep the quality of services and products, the best. We work 35h per week instead of 40h. We deliver 8X results in 35 hours in the age of AI. We look for automation and we find AI solutions to make us cheapest and best in quality. We deliver work that matters with highest quality standards. We don’t compromise on quality, yet stay mindful about cost to stay the lowest.
You get the idea; we don’t work to do tasks. We work on things that matters and liberate people with our work.
2. What is Equity Schedule that Sea Wing AI offers?
Note: An equsity based on contribution for selected employees once the company becomes profitable. Right now only Equity Schedule is available.
Following is a quarterly vesting schedule for an employee receiving 0.001% of 1 billion shares. This means the employee receives 10,000 shares, and the shares vest over four years.
1. Equity Breakdown

• 0.001% Equity: 10,000 shares per employee
2. Vesting Overview
• Vesting Period: 4 years (48 months)
• 1-Year Cliff: 25% of the shares vest at the end of the first year (2,500 shares).
• Quarterly Vesting: The remaining 75% (7,500 shares) vest quarterly over the next 12 quarters.
3. Quarterly Vesting Details
• Year 1:
o End of Quarter 1 (3 months): No shares vest.
o End of Quarter 2 (6 months): No shares vest.
o End of Quarter 3 (9 months): No shares vest.
o End of Quarter 4 (12 months): 2,500 shares vest (25%).

Final Vesting:
• By the end of Year 4, the employee has vested all 10,000 shares (0.001% of 1 billion shares).
Summary
This quarterly vesting schedule provides the employee with 625 shares at the end of each quarter after the first year. The cliff ensures that the employee commits to staying with the company for at least a year before they vest any shares, after which they receive their shares every three months. This structure rewards long-term commitment while providing regular equity incentives throughout the four-year period.
3. What is Profit Sharing Schedule that Sea Wing AI offers?
Note: A share of profits to selected employees once the company becomes profitable. Right now only Equity Schedule is available.
From total profit of company during last quarter, 10% will be allocated to the profit-sharing pool. Each employee get equal share from profit-sharing pool.
If company has made a net profit of $100 million in last quarter with 5000 employees then 10% will be allocated to the profit-sharing pool. That’s $10 million to distribute among 5,000 employees.
Here is a profit sharing schedule in above case:
• Flat Percentage: Each employee will receive $10 million / 5000 = $2,000.
• Quarterly Distribution: Profit-sharing is done at the end of every quarter. It provides a best balance between frequency and administrative ease. It allows employees to see the fruits of their labor relatively soon after profits are realized, while also giving the company time to accurately calculate and distribute profits.
4. What is Contribution Bonus Schedule that Sea Wing AI offers?
Note: A share of profits based on contribution for selected employees once the company becomes profitable. Right now only Equity Schedule is available.
From total profit of company during last quarter, 10% will be allocated to the contribution-sharing pool. Each employee get share from profit-sharing pool based on following assessments of employee contribution:
1. Employee Self-Assessment (Weight: 25%)
2. Peer Assessment (Weight: 25%)
3. Manager Assessment (Weight: 25%)
4. Customer Assessment (Weight: 25%)
5. Do Sea Wing AI employees work remotely?
Yes, we work remotely.
Our employees are from all 254 countries of the world including Pakistan, Dubai, Germany, France, UK, USA, Canada, Australia, India and China.
